cereal
I’ve gone through 8 boxes of cereal this month. Somehow I was unaware of how much cereal I had been eating recently, but it’s kind of become a staple of my diet. I eat a big bowl for breakfast, and usually a normal bowl after dinner at some point. With the exception of weekends, I average just over 2 bowls a day. I mostly eat it when I feel I need something sweet, and since I don’t have like cookies or anything “junk” food related I just eat cereal. Cinnamon Life and Honey Nut Cheerios are by far my favorite, but usually aren’t cheap at the store so I don’t normally buy them so much. I’ve been considering bringing some to work for lunch…do I have a disorder or something? You can’t get like, diabetes or something from eating too much cereal can you?
